More poledancing, to my Family in Ecuador

So today we had open pole, practice without any coach. The first time I were there but I was nice, and now Im blue on the inside of my thighs. ( Had 1 hour practice yesterday as well).
Sis, Susie and Frida were my students and I was funny to see them struggle at the beginning and the get better and better. The two films at the bottom is Susie and my sister.
So my Family in Ecuador, this is some of the moves I´ve learn on my traning. I just need to put them together. Hope you can see them.
